中新网12月31日电 据韩媒报道，韩美两国军方目前正就2021年年初，将实施的联合军演方案进行协商。
据报道，按照惯例，韩美通常在每年的3月至4月和8月，分两次举行大规模联合军演。
受疫情影响，原定于2020年3月至4月举行的联合指挥所演习被无期限推迟，8月联演的规模也有所缩小。
分析指出，若疫情的蔓延势头得不到有效遏制，2021年年初的联演规模也将被迫缩小，未来联合军司令部的“完全作战能力”（FOC）评估工作恐将继续受到影响。
报道称，韩国联合参谋本部正同韩美联军司令部和联合国军司令部，就2021年疫情下的联演方案进行紧密沟通。两国还计划在美国当选总统拜登就任后，结合对朝关系情况，研讨联合演习的调整方案。
