原标题：吉林桦甸法院公开宣判一起销售病死牛肉案，3人获刑
据吉林省高级人民法院微信公众号30日消息，桦甸市人民法院依法公开宣判一起销售病死牛肉案，判决被告人张某、万某、李某犯生产、销售不符合安全标准的食品罪，分别判处张某、万某拘役二个月，并处罚金人民币五千元；李某拘役二个月，缓刑六个月，并处罚金人民币五千元；依法追缴张某违法所得上缴国库。
2019年3月，桦甸市某村民张某饲养的两头牛因病死亡，张某为减少损失，找到其亲属万某和李某将该未经检验检疫的病死牛扒皮卸肉后，在本村镇进行销售。
为依法严厉打击食品安全犯罪，保护百姓舌尖上的安全，更好地实现案件审理法律效果和社会效果的有机统一，使其有宣传普法的教育意义，桦甸法院邀请了部分村干部前来观摩庭审。在庭审过程中，三名被告人认识到了自己生产、销售未经检验检疫、死因不明的牛肉制品的严重后果，当庭表示认罪认罚。
