《鼓励外商投资产业目录（2020年版）》公布 总条目新增127条 增幅超10%
央视网消息：昨天（28日），由国家发展改革委和商务部共同修订的《鼓励外商投资产业目录（2020年版）》对外发布。与2019年版相比，2020年版的总条目增加了127条，增幅超过10%，重点增加了制造业、生产性服务业、中西部地区等条目。
在制造业方面，新增或修改集成电路测试设备等条目，鼓励外资投向关键原材料、关键零部件、关键设备等领域。
在鼓励外资投向生产性服务业方面，新增或修改区块链技术开发等条目，鼓励服务业和制造业融合发展。
鼓励外资投向中西部地区优势产业，支持中西部地区重点发展基础制造、民生消费等领域的外向型产业集群。
此外，鼓励目录在免征关税、减收企业所得税、优先土地供应等方面出台了多项优惠政策。
