原标题：韩二战劳工索赔案涉案日企在韩财产今起可变卖
据韩联社29日报道，韩国大田地方法院近日以公告送达方式向二战强征劳工索赔案涉案日企三菱重工发送了4份关于命令扣押其在韩财产的文书，其中的2份已于当天生效，剩余2份将于30日0时起生效。
此前以公告送达方式发送的“关于要求三菱重工就出售其在韩财产命令提交答辩状的通知”已于上月10日生效。由此，三菱重工财产的出售程序已具备全部法律要件，若无特殊情况，法院将就其在韩财产启动鉴定评估与拍卖程序，并分配分红款。
二战强征劳工辩护律师表示，扣押命令原本应在出售命令之前下达，但程序略有调整。目前尚未听闻三菱重工方面就公告送达提出异议。
