CySEC引入临时许可制度：促进塞浦路斯经纪商脱欧后平稳过渡！
塞浦路斯证券和交易委员会(CySEC)宣布，已建立临时许可制度，该制度规定英国公司仅向塞浦路斯的专业客户和合格交易对手提供投资服务(包括进行投资活动)时，不需要其在塞浦路斯有实体公司。
CySEC表示，临时许可制度是为了让塞浦路斯经纪商顺利过渡到脱欧后的新合同，新合同在反向招揽的基础上签署订立；以及帮助希望继续招揽塞浦路斯专业客户和合格交易对手，寻求在塞浦路斯建立实体机构的英国公司。
该监管机构表示，目前有52家英国公司向塞浦路斯投资公司(CIFs)提供服务，比如那些充当其流动性提供商的公司。总共有86家CIFs与英国公司签有交易协议。
塞浦路斯临时许可制度旨在协助这些公司英国脱欧后的过渡。
