俄媒屡遭外国网络平台审查，俄国家杜马通过反制法案
俄罗斯国家杜马（议会下院）12月23日通过一项法案，涉及针对外国互联网平台对俄罗斯媒体进行审查一事的回应措施。
据俄罗斯卫星通讯社23日报道，根据这项法案，外国社交网络若因种族、民族和政治观点限制信息传播，将面临封锁、流量限速、行政罚款等反制措施。

此前，俄罗斯通信、信息技术和大众媒体监督管理局已要求脸书、推特和谷歌停止对俄罗斯媒体进行审查。据该部门消息，这些平台目前限制用户访问约20家俄罗斯媒体发布的信息，包括俄新社、“今日俄罗斯”（RT）、俄罗斯卫星通讯社（Sputnik）和“俄罗斯1”频道等。
