俄罗斯央行取消外汇交易商PSB-Forex牌照
俄罗斯央行日前取消了PSB-Forex的外汇交易商牌照。PSB-Forex是Promsvyazbank的外汇子公司，三年半前投入运营。
今年早些时候，PSB-Forex已向俄罗斯央行提交申请，自愿吊销其零售品牌牌照。该经纪商自开始运营以来一直处于亏损状态，而且只有一小部分活跃客户。
由于持续亏损，PSB-Forex审计师在该公司最新的财务报表中给出了持续经营警告。
一旦PSB-Forex在俄罗斯外汇市场停止运作，持牌外汇交易商的数量将减少到三个。过去两年，在俄罗斯经营的大多数外汇交易商都被吊销了牌照，包括艾福瑞、Forex Club, Fix Trade, Trustforex和TeletradeGroup。
俄罗斯央行做出这一举动的原因在于，经纪商一直在使用激进的广告策略来吸引俄罗斯客户，提供虚假的会计数据，对风险管理不当以及将客户资金转移到海外。
俄罗斯央行表示，现在参与非法金融活动的俄罗斯人减少了。与此同时，通过合法提供商(例如国内交易所)开设交易账户的人数显著增加。
