智通财经APP获悉，居家健身公司Peloton Interactive Inc (NASDAQ:PTON)将以4.2亿美元现金从芬兰体育用品公司Amer Sports收购健身设备供应商Precor。该交易预计将于2021年初完成。
此举将使Peloton首次获得美国本土的生产工厂，公司预计将在2021年底之前在美国市场生产健身设备。
据悉，Peloton将收购Precor在北卡罗来纳州Whitsett和华盛顿州Woodinville的工厂，工厂总共拥有超过62.5万平方英尺的生产空间。这笔交易还将使其拥有一个由近100名研发人员组成的团队。
收购完成后，Precor将作为Peloton内部的一个独立业务部门运营。值得注意的是，Precor母公司Amer Sports的股东有安踏体育(02020)、FountainVest Partners、Anamered Investments和腾讯(00700)等公司。
