智通财经APP获悉，12月21日(周一)美股盘初，截至北京时间22:00，500彩票网(WBAI.US)涨18.96%，报3.2美元。
12月21日，500彩票网宣布与好运信息技术有限公司(下称“好运信息”)就增发和出售新的A类普通股事宜达成最终的股份认购协议。
根据协议，好运信息将认购85,572,963股新发行的A类普通股，总购买价约为2300万美元，将以美元或加密货币(包括比特币)结算，由公司在协议签订之日起一个月内决定。每股收购价格为0.269美元，由公司2020年12月18日的美国存托股票(ADS)收盘价按1比10调整后得到(1股ADS合普通股10股，即2.69美元/ADS)。预计交易将在2021年2月20日之前完成。
