阿尔及利亚南北高速公路通车。
阿尔及尔消息：由中国建筑（中建）承建的阿尔及利亚南北高速公路53公里项目20日举行通车仪式，出席仪式的阿尔及利亚总理杰拉德盛赞中资企业高超的施工技术和积极的进取精神。杰拉德当天视察了53公里项目并为通车仪式剪彩。他表示，阿尔及利亚政府和人民对中国公司从始至终展现出的一流的施工水平和积极的进取精神表示感谢。
他说，作为阿尔及利亚施工技术难度最大、自然环境最恶劣的超大型基础设施项目，南北高速公路53公里项目的提前全线通车，对阿国家安全和经济发展具有重要战略意义。
阿尔及利亚南北高速公路是从地中海直达南方腹地、贯穿南北的交通大动脉。53公里项目穿越阿北部阿特拉斯山脉，是整个南北高速公路中施工和技术难度最大的一段，有近17公里的隧道和桥梁，其中包括阿尔及利亚最长的公路隧道和最长的公路桥。
