智通财经APP获悉，12月18日，亚洲时代(ATIF.US)宣布收到纳斯达克上市资格部门12月16日发出的警示函：连续30个工作日内，该公司普通股最低交易价低于每股1美元，不符合纳斯达克上市规则5550(A)(2)的最低交易价格要求。
此通知函不会导致公司立即退市。根据纳斯达克上市规则5810(c)(3)(A)，该公司有180个自然日的宽限期，即公司必须在2021年6月14日前，每普通股的收盘价至少连续10个工作日达到每股1美元或以上。纳斯达克将向该公司提供一份合规性的书面确认，可被视为已重新符合纳斯达克上市规则要求。
另外，亚洲时代称，公司于12月17日收到纳斯达克警示函，因其未能按时提交截止2020年7月31日的年度报告(20-F)，不符合上市规则。公司必须在2021年2月16日之前向纳斯达克提交一份重新遵守上市规则的计划。如果纳斯达克接受该计划，那么可以在规定提交20-F的到期日之后给予公司最多180天的时间，以重新获得合规。
