IEA月报：原油供应过剩将持续到2021年底
12月15日周二，国际能源署（IEA）公布其11月月报。
需求
需求端，IEA月报指出，将2020年全球原油需求下调5万桶/日，2021年下调17万桶/日。
IEA还预计2020年原油需求将同比下降880万桶/日，2021年原油需求将同比增长570万桶/日；预计四季度因为疫情封锁原因，原油需求同比下降620万桶/日。
因需求低迷，IEA预计疫苗对全球需求产生影响还需要几个月时间，而原油供应过剩的局面将持续到2021年底。
供给
供给端，IEA月报预计，2020年原油供应同比下降660万桶/日，2021年将同比增长140万桶/日。
IEA还预计2021年12月前原油库存将恢复到疫情爆发前的水平。
11月，原油供应增长至9270万桶/日，为5月以来最高；且欧佩克+国家减产执行率为101%。
