韩国法院：素媛案罪犯赵斗淳7年内将被禁止夜间外出、饮酒等
海外网12月15日据韩联社最新消息，韩国法院15日作出一项裁定，素媛案罪犯赵斗淳7年内将被禁止夜间外出和饮酒等。赵斗淳12日出狱回家，截至目前，尚未离开家门一步。根据裁定，赵斗淳在佩戴电子脚链的7年期间，将被禁止夜间外出（晚9点至次日早6点）、饮酒、出入教育机构以及接近受害人200米以内，此外，赵斗淳还须接受关于防止性侵罪再犯的课程。
赵斗淳现年68岁，2008年，他在京畿道安山市，绑架并性侵一名8岁的小学女生，致其残疾。但法官判定其“年龄大并且酒后精神不稳”，加上当时韩国刑期上限的法律规定，最后赵斗淳仅被判处12年有期徒刑，引发社会公愤。
