什么是IPO？
IPO全称Initial Public Offering，意为首次公开募股，简言之，就是“上市”。
公司为了融入更多的钱发展壮大，则会考虑IPO。这代表着公司首次将股票通过交易所公开出售。
不过公司想要IPO要经过层层考验。
首先，公司需要改头换面，经过股份制改革，变更为股份有限公司。
之后，由券商操刀整改，把一个私有公司变成全方位达标的准上市公司。
然后，将IPO申请递交给证监会，在经过反复沟通修改通过审核考验后，就能在证券交易所发行自家股票。
在中国，绝大部分公司都会选择在境内交易所上市，不过也有一些公司也会在境外上市，因为境外上市虽然审核严格，但市场较为成熟。
IPO之后，公司在行业内的存在感会显著提升，万一哪天涨停了，更会成为股民们的焦点。
不过IPO的光鲜背后，是公司一切信息的将受到严格监管，当然这也是为了最大程度上保证持股人的权益。
