盈透证券因涉嫌违规报告被纽交所罚款23.7万美元
盈透证券因涉嫌违反交易报告规则被NYSE处以237,500美元的罚款。盈透已经同意了这项罚款，但没有承认或否认这些指控。
根据NYSE的公告，盈透证券违反了报告规定，向交易所提供了不正确的代码，同时报告了超过525,000份期权定单。
盈透证券代表12个公司客户执行了定单，包括近210万份合同。
涉嫌的违法行为发生在2015年1月8日至2019年11月29日之间。
NYSE指出：“原始代码很重要，除了其他因素外，它们可能会影响监管机构的审计工作。“
“此外，原产地代码必须准确，以确保向期权结算公司报告交易，并提供准确的交易细节。”
值得注意的是，NYSE已经创建并维护了准确的记录，但是未能意识到其订单路由与交易所之间的一些故障，从而导致了误报。
