英国财政部披露稳定币和央行数字货币计划
英国财政部日前宣布将制定一份草案以规范私人稳定币，该部门还透露正在积极研究央行数字货币（CBDC）。
英国财政大臣Rishi Sunak称稳定币和私人发行的数字货币是一种更便宜、更快捷的付款方式。此外，Sunak称赞财政部和英国央行为研究CBDC作为另一种付款方式所作的努力。
此外，Sunak还发布了一项计划，旨在增加英国上市的新公司数量。新团队将帮助创新的金融科技公司在英国上市。
Sunak称：“稳定币和私人发行的数字货币等新技术可以改变人们存储和兑换货币的方式，从而使付款变得更加便宜和快捷。为了利用稳定币的潜在利益，同时管理消费者风险和保持金融稳定，政府将针对相关稳定币提出一项监管框架，以确保其达到我们期望的其他支付方式的最低标准。”
此外，官方公告指出，由于大部分研究工作已经完成，英国将认真考虑在不久的将来推出CBDC，以此扩大英国在金融科技领域的全球领导地位。
Sunak还概述了绿色金融计划，实现该国2050年净零耗能目标以及其他环境目标。
