奖励不法行为举报者！美国SEC授予逾430万美元奖金
美国证券交易委员会（SEC）今天宣布向两名举报者授予超过430万美元的奖金。根据这两名举报者提供的具体、可信、及时的信息以及持续的协助，SEC展开了相关调查，成功采取了相应地执法行动。
针对第一名举报者，其首先向SEC通知了不法行为者的欺诈行为，并继续提供重要的信息和文件，否则执法部门可能无法获得这些信息。因此，为酬谢该举报者持续有效的援助，SEC奖励该举报者360多万美元。
针对第二名举报者，其也随后向SEC提供了有关同一不法行为者正在进行的欺诈行为的信息，以及不法行为者为避免被SEC发现而进行的努力。该举报人亲自与SEC执法部门工作人员会面，并解释了欺诈性计划的可能机制，从而为SEC执法部门工作人员提供了帮助，也因此获得了75万美元的奖励。
SEC举报者办公室负责人Jane Norberg表示：“举报者在帮助查明不当行为方面发挥着重要作用，他们提供的协助可能是调查不可或缺的一部分。两名今日获得奖励的举报者均反映出了举报者可以为执法行动的成功做出重要贡献。”
