义乌一工程两公司投标文件被查出由同一台电脑编制，涉嫌串通投标
据浙江义乌市公共资源交易系统网站11月6日消息，义乌市建设工程招投标中心当天发出《关于浙江德清金丰建设有限公司和江西诚建建筑装饰工程有限公司等两家单位涉嫌串通投标的调查通报》称，国际商贸城一区市场外立面改造工程（项目编号YW20201011001）于2020年10月19日组织开标。根据招标人的反映，在开标过程中，浙江德清金丰建设有限公司和江西诚建建筑装饰工程有限公司等两家单位的投标文件经市交易中心电子评标系统自动检测，被发现由同一台电脑编制（机器码相同），涉嫌串通投标，评标委员会将其废标处理。按《中华人民共和国招标投标法》第五十三条规定以及招标文件要求，现移送义乌市综合行政执法局立案查处。(本文来自澎湃新闻，更多原创资讯请下载“澎湃新闻”APP)
