水产品外包装检出新冠阳性，海关对两境外机构采取紧急措施
11月6日，海关总署发布公告称，对俄罗斯1艘加工渔船和荷兰1家冷库采取紧急预防性措施。
因从进口俄罗斯1艘加工渔船和荷兰1家冷库水产品外包装样本中检出新冠病毒核酸阳性。按照海关总署公告2020年第103号的规定，全国海关自即日起暂停接受俄罗斯STAKFELL LLC BARENTSBIORESOURSE（注册编号为CH-20G）1艘加工渔船和荷兰DAALIMPEX VELSEN BV（注册编号为NL477EG）1家冷库的进口申报1周，期满后自动恢复。
