芝商所即将关闭交易数据库！CySEC 提醒受监管实体遵守EMIR报告要求
随着芝商所关闭交易数据库的日期临近，CySEC（塞浦路斯证券交易委员会）已于周四发布通知提醒受监管实体遵守 EMIR 报告要求。
CySEC 在通知中强调，根据 EMIR 第9（1）条规定，交易对手方和中央清算对手方应确保将衍生品合约的订立、修改、到期等任何信息在订立、修改、到期之前报告给已经注册的合规交易数据库。
考虑到芝商所将在2020年11月30日或之前终止几项监管报告服务，CySEC 鼓励受监管实体尽快采取必要措施，确保将交易数据及时转移到新的交易数据库。
CySEC 还表示，将对不遵守 EMIR 报告要求的实体采取执法行动。
芝商所可能即将终止的监管报告服务包括：
· NEX Regulatory Reporting (NRR or aka CME Regulatory Reporting)
· NRR (Abide) Hub
· NEX Abide Trade Repository (NATR)
· NRR (Abide) ARM
· NRR (Abide) APA
· Legacy CME Global Repository Service (GRS)
· CME European Trade Repository (ETR)
· CME Australian Trade Repository (ATR)
