最高检：对影响特别恶劣的内幕交易、操纵市场等犯罪从严追诉
最高人民检察院检察委员会委员郑新俭表示，对于发行人与中介机构合谋串通，在证券发行或者持续披露过程中编造内容重大失实的财务报告，造成上市公司退市的，以及非法获利特别巨大，对资本市场秩序造成严重破坏，社会影响特别恶劣的内幕交易、操纵市场、利用未公开交易等犯罪，要依法从严追诉。
