证监会：通过强有力执法传递“零容忍”鲜明信号
证监会行政处罚委员会办公室主任滕必焱11月6日在最高检与证监会联合发布会上表示，党的十九大以来，证监会全系统共作出行政处罚决定810件，市场禁入决定82件，罚没款金额193.04亿元。通过强有力执法传递出“零容忍”鲜明信号，为注册制改革及资本市场健康发展提供了坚实的法治保障。
