智通财经APP获悉，摩根大通发表研究报告，给予北京首都机场股份 (HK:0694) “增持”投资评级，目标价为11.5元。
报告指出，北京首都国际机场(00694)最新公布，《国际零售业务委讬管理合同》复盖年期为三年，并淘汰了以往的增量共享机制。与现有条款相比，新条款明显更为有利，反映出母公司的支持及上市公司考虑少数股东的回应后提高透明度的努力。
小摩提醒投资者注意的，新协议所设订的年度上限意味在2023财年，机场免税店将完全回复正常，较国际航空运输协会的预测提早一年。
