智通财经APP获悉，周二（11月3日），美国密苏里州最高法院驳回了强生(JNJ.US)就其婴儿爽身粉安全性做出的上诉，强生将赔付21.2亿美元的储备金（不包括利息）。
最初，2018年，圣路易斯的一个陪审团在发现强生爽身粉导致22名女性患卵巢癌后，裁定赔偿46.9亿美元。但在今年6月23日，一家上诉法院将这一金额减少到21.2亿美元。
强生表示，其爽身粉产品是安全的，其中并不含有石棉，而且也不会对使用爽身粉的用户造成癌症。
该公司补充道，将计划向美国最高法院提出上诉。
