全球监管机构向未经授权仍在其监管范围内提供投资服务的公司发出警告。一些警告是关于未经授权的公司使用和经授权公司相似的名称，亦或是关于未经授权的公司谎称他们和已授权公司相关联。
随附列表中的黑名单信息由酷汇讯汇总得出，信息由监管机构自愿提供。列表中的黑名单信息并非来自所有监管机构，有待补充完善。
虚假交易商的诈骗手段多种多样，其中一种常见的方法是克隆受监管的经授权公司。例如，Lending Expert是一家英国FCA警告的公司，该公司未经授权在英国提供投资服务。
在Lending Expert网站上，该公司声称他们已在FCA注册（注册号：734116）。但是，当我们在FCA网站上输入名称“ Lending Expert”进行查询时，我们可以看到，FCA正在提醒英国的投资者警惕这家未经授权的公司。
因此，我们提醒广大投资者警惕未经授权的交易商。
