盘前异动：美国页岩气厂商EQT能源跌超3%，拟收购雪佛龙天然气资产

英为财情Investing.com-周三美股盘前，美国产量最大的页岩气产商EQT能源 (NYSE:EQT)跌超3%，报15.56美元。
消息面上，EQT能源周二宣布，已经与雪佛龙公司 (NYSE:CVX)达成最终协议，拟以7.35亿美元的价格收购后者位于美国阿巴拉契亚地区的天然气及管道资产，交易预计将于第四季度末完成。
由于天然气价格暴跌，自2019年底以来，雪佛龙一直试图出售其位于阿巴拉契亚地区的天然气资产。
截至撰稿，天然气期货日内下跌0.88%，报3.282美元。
