First Derivatives上半财年收入微增 利润下降
财务软件及咨询公司First Derivatives日前公布了截至2020年8月31日的前六个月财务业绩，报告显示收入略有增长，但利润却以两位数的速度下滑。
具体而言，First Derivatives上半财年总收入同比增长3％，达到1.196亿英镑，主要来源于两个部门：软件、管理服务和咨询。
其中，来自软件部门的收入占集团总收入的62％，为7440万英镑；软件许可收入增长了12％。从绝对价值上讲，经常性许可和永久许可分别贡献了3040万英镑和490万英镑。
FD的软件产品包括其金融科技服务、MarTech服务以及向行业提供的软件。
另一方面，托管服务和咨询收入保持不变，为4520万英镑，但毛利率从去年同期的24％下降到21％。
税前利润从去年同期的840万英镑下降到740万英镑，降幅为12％。调整后的EBITDA同比下降2％，为2,150万英镑。
此外，FD通过减少债务以增强其资产负债表，目前该公司的净债务为3060万英镑，去年同期为6020万英镑。
