智通财经APP获悉，Susquehanna分析师Christopher Rolland将赛灵思公司 (NASDAQ:XLNX)评级由“正面”下调至“中性”，目标价由140美元下调至130美元。
该分析师表示，AMD(AMD.US)以350亿美元收购了赛灵思，是对前者现有CPU平台的补充，并将其影响延伸到数据中心。AMD因此可以与英特尔(INTC.US)和英伟达(NVDA.US)站在更平等的地位上，因为赛灵思的FPGA能力可以加快EPYC处理器的发展，目前EPYC处理器已经“处于突破性的边缘”。
Rolland预计，这笔交易要到2021年才能完成，但这种规模的交易可能将面临监管障碍。
