智通财经APP获悉，美国珠宝制造商蒂芙尼 (NYSE:TIF)周一表示，在获得欧盟委员会(European Commission)的同意后，该公司已完成收购所需的所有监管批准。
欧洲反垄断机构批准这一交易之际，路威酩轩正与蒂芙尼展开一场法律大战。蒂芙尼在特拉华州一家法庭起诉路威酩轩，指控这家法国公司故意拖延交易的完成。
此前法国奢侈品集团路威酩轩计划以160亿美元收购蒂芙尼，但在卫生事件发生后，路威酩轩几个月来一直在向蒂芙尼施压要求其接受更低的收购价格，因路威酩轩CEO Bernard Arnault确信，考虑到卫生事件后奢侈品的黑暗前景，去年11月达成的135美元/股的价格意义不大。蒂芙尼则多次拒绝考虑降价，称路威酩轩必须履行最初的条款。
