Kin基金会与SEC达成和解，代币可在交易所自由上市
即时通讯应用公司Kik计划推出加密货币项目Kin代币，该项目前景的阴影似乎已经烟消云散。
上周五，为管理和推广Kin代币而成立的非营利组织Kin基金会在博客中宣布，Kin代币以及该基金会本身，在最近与美国证券交易委员会（SEC）就2017年首次代币发行（ICO）的诉讼达成和解。
该基金会表示，考虑到Kik已经与SEC达成500万美元的和解协议，“Kin代币不确定性的阴云已经消散”。
除了罚款，Kik的资产仍然是Kik的财产，包括其剩余库存、Kin储备和所有的智力资本。
Kik还可以继续“积极开发”开源的Kin SDK和新的Code钱包。
该基金会还表示，由于SEC并未将Kin视为证券，并且法官没有发现该代币违反证券法，因此，Kin代币应当“可以在交易所自由交易”。
展望未来，由于其储备仍然“深厚”，该基金会表示，它计划继续发展Kin生态系统，并将在下个月引进一名新的执行董事。
此外，计划中的代币迁移到Solana区块链将继续进行，并“按计划”进行。
除了支付500万美元的罚款外，Kik公司还必须在未来三年内进行任何代币交易之前，提前45天通知SEC。
