智通财经APP获悉， 10月22日，博琪医药(BIMI.US)与Chongqing Guoyitang Hospital 签订了一份谅解备忘录，将收购后者股权。
据估计，该医院2021年的营收将在700万至850万美元之间，利润在70万至85万美元之间。
博琪医药首席执行官兼总裁Tiewei Song表示，将寻求机会收购更多医院以丰富其业务。
