智通财经APP获悉，美国银行将英特尔(INTC.US)从“中性”下调至“跑输大市”评级，并将其目标价从60美元降至45美元。
该行分析师Vivek Arya表示，新公布的财务报告显示了三个结构性问题：1)公司目前没有可行计划来解决下一代7nm制程的制造难题，且10nm制程的收益率较低；2)用户需求正向更具竞争力的云市场转移，这给支撑公司盈利的企业PC业务带来了巨大的压力；3)无晶圆厂的竞争日益激烈。
该分析师认同英特尔的投资组合和资产负债表的表现，但认为其不稳定的发展战略可能将继续威胁公司在个人PC或数据中心的市场份额，并对每股收益增长构成压力。因此，该行将其21/22财年每股收益预期分别下调1-2%，至4.65美元和4.70美元。
相比之下，该行预计CPU和GPU市场份额将继续上升，重申其对英伟达(NVDA.US)和AMD(AMD.US)的“买入”评级。
