消息面和技术面多重利空压制，油价短线下行风险加剧
周五（10月23日）亚洲时段，美原油小幅下行，现报40.36美元/桶，跌幅约0.7%，原因是美国经济的刺激方案迟迟不能出台，这挫伤了投资者的信心，多头在原油市场选择了离场。美国上周初请失业金人数虽然降幅超过预期，但并没有推高市场信心，美国失业人口仍维持在非常高的水平，在经济衰退期间流失的许多工作岗位还没有恢复。而且，新冠疫情持续在美欧肆虐，出现愈演愈烈的情况，表明美欧经济仍没有有效复苏的基础在。
但利多的一面是，普京表示，不排除保留当前产量限制的可能性，着凸显了OPEC+联盟未来仍可能统一步伐维稳油市，油价的下行空间可能受到限制。
