智通财经APP获悉，10月22日，亿邦国际 (NASDAQ:EBON)(EBON.US)宣布，作为成长战略的一部分，公司在澳大利亚成立全资子公司，以建立数字资产金融服务平台。目前该平台正在筹建阶段。
亿邦国际主席兼首席执行官表示，“很高兴宣布公司已在澳大利亚建立业务来推进战略实施，即推出全面的区块链金融业务，来抓住区块链产业价值链上的增长机会。亿邦国际目前正在申请澳大利亚金融服务许可证，以为全球扩张做准备。
