欧康维视生物-B(01477)合作新药NCX470滴眼液获批临床
智通财经APP获悉，10月23日，中国国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心(CDE)公示显示，欧康维视生物-B(01477)和Nicox公司联合申报的1类新药NCX470滴眼液获得临床试验默示许可，拟开发用于降低开角型青光眼或高眼压症患者的眼内压。
NCX470(OT-301)是一种新型化学药物，旨在释放比马前列素(一种FDA批淮的前列腺素类似物)及一氧化氮(NO)，有望成为降低青光眼及高眼压患者眼内压的潜在同类最佳(best-in-class)治疗药物。此前，NCX470已完成2期临床试验，并展现出较好的疗效和安全性。
此前，欧康维视生物于2018年12月与Nicox公司订立独家许可协议，获得于大中华地区、韩国及东南亚另外12个国家开发和商业化NCX470的独家权利。欧康维视生物及Nicox公司计划于2020年启动NCX470的两项3期多中心临床试验，并计划使用全球试验所得数据支持日后于中国提交新药申请。
