智通财经APP获悉，10月22日(周四)美股盘初，通用电气(GE.US)短线拉涨，截至北京时间23：28，该股涨超4%，报7.615美元。
此前消息指出，武汉锅炉集团据悉考虑收购通用电气所持中国合资企业股权。目前通用电气持有武汉锅炉股份有限公司51%的股权，武汉锅炉集团持有6.9%，为第二大股东。
2007年，阿尔斯通收购武锅股份51%的股权，2年后整体搬迁至武汉东湖新技术开发区的新工厂开始运营。2015年11月2日，通用电气完成对阿尔斯通电力与电网业务的收购，武汉锅炉股份有限公司成为通用电气发电集团蒸汽电力系统旗下一员。
