Overstock的零售经纪子公司tZERO Markets上线
Overstock旗下的证券代币交易平台周三表示，其零售经纪-经销商子公司tZERO Markets现在开始营业并推出其Web应用程序。
tZero的零售经纪服务包括针对买卖双方的销售交易、电子执行和投资组合执行。tZERO Markets是tZERO的全资子公司，为零售交易者提供服务，而不仅仅是合格投资者。它还为代币发行人提供与集资活动有关的投资银行和配售代理服务。
tZERO Markets获得了美国金融业监管局（FINRA）的会员资格，也已在美国证券交易委员会（SEC）注册。
tZero一直在扩大其员工人数，意在提高其经纪部门的实力。tZERO预计将交易更多的数字证券，但表示增加新资产必须经过谨慎审核，通过法律和财务尽职调查以及监管程序，以确保tZERO ATS上的交易资产的高质量。
许多金融科技和区块链公司已经对美国监管机构对某些数字代币作为证券的分类做出了回应，因此受到了SEC的监督。SEC表示，“任何想成为ATS的实体都需要在SEC上注册为经纪交易商，并成为自律组织（例如FINRA）的成员。”
