出新规！CFTC分支部门为期货佣金商提供加密货币相关建议！
美国监管机构商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）的掉期交易商和中介监管部门（DSIO）今日为期货佣金商（FCM）发布一项“有关在隔离账户中持有虚拟货币的建议”。
DSIO已根据FCM持有客户资金的现有要求考虑了风险，就如何持有和报告客户与实物交割的期货合约或掉期相关的虚拟货币，为FCM提供了指导建议。
DSIO还提供给FCM在设计和维护有关虚拟货币入金的风险管理计划时应遵循的指南。
DSIO总监Joshua B. Sterling表示：“CFTC的核心价值之一是向市场参与者提供清晰的信息。正如CFTC会长Tarbert所说，CFTC致力于促进负责任的金融技术创新，并在符合我们规则的前提下，改进对持牌公司的监管经验。此次建议进一步推进了这些关键目标，并将在CFTC致力于建立数字资产衍生品的整体框架时，在这些问题上提供更多确定性。”
