高盛：上调京东集团-SW目标价至346港元 维持“买入”评级

智通财经APP获悉，高盛上调京东集团-SW (HK:9618)港股目标价5%，由329港元升至346港元。该行表示，受健康超市、用户增长带动，公司第3季表现预期稳健，维持“买入”评级，仍列入“确信买入”名单。
高盛表示，虽然京东网购业务网站成交金额增长放缓，但预期第3季收入增长仍可升27%，胜预期，由于超市产品组合转变及对健康用户的吸引程度。另预计净产品及净服务收入增长分别升26%、34%。非通用会计准则净利润率估计为2.5%，符预期。
高监料京东全年净利润率预期增长，第4季亦为季度销售高峰期，料第4季非通用会计准则净利润率2.2%，去年同期则为1.9%，由于京东零售及京东物流的利润稳定增长。另外，2021及2022年2年净利润率分别预测为2.5%、2.8%。
该行亦关注京东“双十一”的全渠道零售表现。
由于人民币兑美元走强、京东重要投资推动估值重估，调升公司港股目标价至346元；维持“买入”评级主因零售规模扩张、盈利可见增长、估值正在增长。
