智通财经APP获悉，据IC知情人士透露，联电 (NYSE:UMC) (TW:2303)2020年下半年已针对新追加投片量的订单涨价10%，在2021年第一季还会再调涨8寸晶圆代工价格，其中，已经预订的产能将调涨5-10%幅度，后续追加投片量的订单，则以涨价后的价格再调涨1-2成左右幅度。
对联电而言，8寸晶圆代工产能已满载到2021年下半年，在产能供不应求且客户持续追加投片情况下，2021年第一季调涨价格势在必行。而之前台积电(TSM.US)已表态不会调涨8寸晶圆代工价格，
据悉，由于5G手机的电源管理IC用量增加三至四成，英特尔(INTC.US)及AMD(AMD.US)的笔记本电脑对金氧半场效晶体管(MOSFET)及电源管理IC用量增加二至三成，加上大尺寸面板驱动IC及低像素监控CMOS影像感测器供不应求，包括台积电、联电及其他8寸晶圆代工产能下半年供不应求。
