高盛：“蓝色浪潮”或带来2.5万亿美元刺激
目前整个市场的两大焦点，美国大选和美国新一轮刺激之间，其实有着相当大的关系。不少市场人士都认为所谓的“蓝色浪潮”即美国民主党的获胜意味着更大规模的刺激。
高盛(Goldman Sachs)在最新的报告中表示，“蓝色浪潮”可能意味着高达2.5万亿美元的刺激项目。
“可能包括了一个一季度的刺激案，之后有基建和环境立法。在这种情况下，我们预计增税后得以出现的医保和其它福利项目的扩大将在三季度通过。”
该行分析师Jan Hatzius指出，就民主党候选人拜登的增税项目而言，刺激项目对美国经济增长的推动，将能够抵消加税对其的不利因素，尤其是新增加的税务收入会提振新的支出。
距离今年的美国大选只有差不多两周的时间，而眼下新一轮刺激项目迟迟没能达成协议。
上周日美国众议长佩洛西告诉特朗普政府，如果要在选举前通过刺激方案，双方必须在48小时后周二达成一致。
市场认为，一旦拜登当选，其上任100天内就可能推出大规模刺激项目。
