智通财经APP获悉，据相关媒体报道，美国联合航空公司 (NASDAQ:UAL)目前正在计划通过抵押获得价值30亿美元融资。
据报道显示，由高盛牵头的新一轮债券发行将以该公司352架飞机以及99台发动机和部分零部件作为抵押。该公司正寻求以6%左右的收益率定价，不过该公司与投资者的正式谈判尚未开始。
据悉，此前该公司曾通过公司旗下的前程万里计划（Mileage Plus）获得了50亿美元的融资贷款额度用以保障公司在公共卫生事件期间的平稳过度以及后续发展运营。
