周一(10月19日)美元走低，刺激谈判最后期限临近，白宫和美国国会在纾困方案的条款上仍存分歧；金价冲高回落，现货黄金盘中一度大涨1%至1918.59美元/盎司，尾盘回落于1904美元附近，刺激谈判前景仍存不确定性，推动美元缩小跌幅，打压了金价。布油跌逾1%，之前OPEC+联合部长级监督委员会没有提及改变从1月开始进一步放松减产力度的计划。
商品收盘方面，COMEX 12月黄金期货收涨0.3%，报1911.70美元/盎司。WTI 11月原油期货收跌0.05美元，跌幅0.12%，报40.83美元/桶；布伦特12月原油期货收跌0.31美元，跌幅0.72%，报42.62美元/桶。
