智通财经APP获悉，10月19日(周一)美股盘初，第九城市(NCTY.US)股价下挫，截至北京时间21：37，该股跌17.96%，报2.215美元。
据悉，第九城市于10月15日宣布，将变更其ADS兑换比例，由目前的1份ADS等于3股A类普通股，变更为1份ADS等于30股A类普通股。此项变更预计将于2020年10月19日前后生效，存托机构纽约梅隆银行将负责处理发行和注销ADS的事宜。
