智通财经APP获悉，Uber (NYSE:UBER)宣布，将投资超过1.5亿美元与韩国SK电讯成立合资公司，后者正计划分拆其移动业务。两家企业将分别持有该合资公司51%和49%的股权。
据报道，韩国SK电讯计划在剥离其移动业务的同时推出T MAP MOBILITY，Uber将对T MAP MOBILITY投资5000万美元，预计其将在2025年前成为一家价值4.5万亿韩元的公司。
报道称，韩国SK电讯的股东们将在11月26日的股东大会上投票表决该计划，一旦获得通过，将于12月29日生效。
