Stripe为美国客户推出跨境支付服务
Stripe日前宣布，已为其美国客户推出跨境支付服务。
该功能仍处于测试阶段，将允许美国客户以本国货币向其他33个受支持的国家/地区转移和支付资金，这些国家/地区均来自欧洲和亚太地区。
Stripe表示：“跨境支付可以让用户使用当地货币向卖方、自由职业者、内容创建者和服务商付款。用户可通过现有平台账户和收费配置将资金转移到其他国家/地区的关联账户。”
Stripe没有透露跨境转账中是否有任何交易限制，但该公司指出跨境支付的引导流程因目的地国家而异。
Stripe成立于2010年，总部位于加州，通过为个人和企业的在线业务和许多其他平台提供基于API的支付服务，迅速占领支付市场，并很快开展全球扩展，目前几乎已占领整个欧洲。
该平台现已在42个国家/地区提供服务，但只有少数几个具有预访问权限。
Stripe得到了主要科技风投公司的支持，包括Andreessen Horowitz、红杉资本、General Catalyst和Tiger Global Management。截至目前，该公司已筹集超过16亿美元的资金。在四月份完成的上一轮融资中，该公司的估值为360亿美元。
