智通财经APP获悉，Zoom视讯(ZM.US)将于10月14日举办线上虚拟Zoomtopia客户活动，瑞信方面认为，Zoom未来将着眼于“公司未来的可持续性增长”，并会着重关注“为产品添加有助于减少客户流失的全新功能”。
目前瑞信预期公司的Zoom Phone能够为线上会议业务带来全面更新升级以及为客户提供其他功能；但是由于宏观的不确定性，瑞信预计Zoom方面不会披露有关2021财年的相关业绩指引。
而摩根士丹利方面则期望Zoom能够拿出将将更多免费用户转化为付费用户以及公司可以提升用户平均收入(ARPU)的可行性方案，例如Zoom Phone。
如果Zoom方面能够在渠道扩张以及电话普及率方面展示出比市场预期更为可观的潜力的话，那么公司可能将会为RingCentral(RNG.US)以及8x8带来行业竞争压力。
目前瑞信方面维持Zoom“跑输大市”评级以及315美元目标价；大摩方面则给予该股350美元目标价。
