Citadel Securities收购IMC的指定做市业务
Citadel Securities周四宣布，已达成初步协议，收购IMC在纽约证券交易所（NYSE）场内的指定做市（DMM）业务，从而大大增加了其在该地区的市场份额。
据Citadel称，交易完成后，无论从市值还是证券数量来看，它都将成为纽交所最大的DMM。
两家公司目前正在就最终协议和其他惯例交割条件进行谈判，目标是在2020年第四季度结束前完成交易。
IMC在2014年收购高盛（Goldman Sachs）的DMM业务后，获得了DMM的地位，此后显著扩展了其做市业务。
该公司特别关注通过其服务提供的交易所交易基金（ETF）和期权，并且是150个ETF和500个期权类别的主要做市商。
这些服务将与Citadel目前在超过35个国家提供的固定收益、股票、衍生品、ETF和外汇等多种产品保持一致。
