美国股指期货为什么由跌转涨？或许是因为特朗普这句话
北京时间周三，美国总统特朗普发推文说，众议院和参议院应当“立即”批准250亿美元的航空薪资支持方案，以及1350亿美元的小企业薪资保护计划（Paycheck Protection Program for Small Business）。
他补充说：“这两项费用都将由《护理法案》(Cares Act)中未使用的资金全额支付。这笔钱是有的。（若国会批准）我现在就签字。”
上述消息公布后，美股三大股指期货悉数转涨，此前纳指期货一度跌0.6%。日本股市跌幅收窄，日经225指数现跌0.17%，此前一度跌0.6%，日本东证指数跌幅收窄至不足0.1%。
就在几个小时前，特朗普意外地表示，他已经指示有关新一轮财政刺激的谈判代表停止谈判，直到大选结束后为止，一旦他胜选，将很快通过专注于劳动者和小企业的大规模刺激案。这直接导致美股盘中下跌。道琼斯工业平均指数下跌超过300点，跌幅约1.1％。
