智通财经APP获悉，摩根士丹利发表报告表示，重申香港交易所 (HK:0388)“增持”评级及目标价430元，对其基本情境预测的估值相当于预测明年市账率11倍，预计明年股本回报率30%，股本成本为9%。
就港交所(00388)公布行政总裁李小加拟今年底提早退任将转任高级顾问、戴志坚将出任代理集团行政总裁一事，大摩认为，港交所新任行政总裁将在执行新计划中发挥至关重要的作用，但港交所作为国内和国际流动性的孵化器方向不会受到影响。
戴志坚自1998年加入集团，当前出任港交所联席总裁及首席营运总监。大摩建议投资者关注港交所行政总裁继任者能否继续成功引领港交所的进一步发展。
